1. General Betting Rules
These Betting Rules form an integral part of 24kwinner's Terms & Conditions and apply to all bets placed on the platform. By creating an account and placing bets, you acknowledge and agree to these Rules.

Settlement basis: Bets are settled on the final official result as published by the relevant governing body or event organizer. Where the official result cannot be verified, 24kwinner reserves the right to delay settlement or void the bet.

Cancellation and changes: 24kwinner reserves the right to cancel or modify any bet prior to the event's start or to declare ambiguous bets void without providing justification. Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be canceled or altered except as provided in these Rules.

Live vs pre-match: Live (in-play) bets operate under separate rules from pre-match bets; the event's status at the time of bet acceptance governs eligibility and settlement where applicable.
2. Bet Settlement and Odds
All bets are settled using decimal odds available at the time of bet acceptance. 24kwinner may correct obvious input errors in odds and adjust settlements accordingly. Where a bet is placed in error or on an obviously erroneous price, the bet may be voided or settled at corrected odds.

Official results: Settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. If the official result cannot be verified, 24kwinner may delay settlement or void the bet.

Dead heat: In outright markets, dead heat rules apply; payouts are adjusted proportionally among the winners where applicable.

Multiple bets: Bets comprising multiple selections depend on the outcome of each selection; if any leg is void or unresolvable, the ticket may be void or settled per market rules.

Post-event adjustments: 24kwinner may adjust settlements in light of final rulings, disqualifications or investigations affecting the outcome.

Settlement format: Settlements are calculated in the platform's standard currency; any currency conversion is governed by the account’s exchange settings.
3. Market Integrity, Cancellations and Fraud
24kwinner maintains high standards of market integrity. The operator may void, suspend or reverse bets in cases involving suspected fraud, market manipulation or other misconduct. Bets placed when the account has insufficient funds at the time of bet may be void; bets placed by persons involved in fraudulent activity may be void.

Void for price input errors: If an obvious error in odds or market data is detected, 24kwinner may void the bet or apply corrected odds.

Suspicious activity: 24kwinner may monitor betting activity across channels and take action including voiding bets, restricting accounts or other measures as required by law and policy.
4. Abandonments, Postponements and Cancellations
Rules governing event postponements, suspensions and cancellations apply as described herein. Unless otherwise stated for a specific sport, unsettled bets on postponed events will be settled if the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time; otherwise undecided bets may be declared void.

Baseball: A match must reach the full scheduled innings for most markets to stand; extra innings are included where applicable; official results determine settlement.

Other sports: Markets follow the sport’s standard scoring and timing conventions as described in the market description for the event.
6. Live Betting and Cashout
Live betting (in-play) is offered where available and subject to the live status of the event. Settlement of live markets follows the official result; if an event is halted or suspended, unsettled bets may be voided or re-settled per sport-specific rules.

Cashout: The Cashout feature may be offered at 24kwinner’s discretion for eligible bets and is subject to platform availability. Cashout can be suspended or closed at any time and is final on settlement.

7. Maximum Daily Winnings
The maximum aggregate winnings payable to a single customer in a calendar day is governed by the general terms and any applicable promotional terms published by 24kwinner and may be adjusted. Customers should review the current daily limits in their account and the applicable terms before placing bets.
8. Responsible Gambling, AML and KYC
24kwinner implements policies to promote responsible gambling and compliance with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements. 10. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

11. Disputes and Complaints

12. Modifications and Updates
